Hello Fashionistas 🙂
It’s Thursday so we are only two days away from the weekend! Can’t wait to get some rest because this week has been very busy.
This season I am so excited because baby blue hues are very very popular in all kind of clothing and it is one of the colours I love. I have actually already embraced it kind well to be honest and purchased a few items in baby blue.
Today, I will focus on one look but I will also show you how I am wearing baby blue this season through pictures of my daily routine. As you can see, I have already worn a couple of pieces in baby blue during different occasions and combined the colour in different ways. And I will definitely be wearing more pieces in blue! You should try wearing the colour too! I mean, baby blue suits nearly every skin tone, which is amazing and brightens up our days 🙂
One of my favourite ways to combine baby blue, is with white; it’s actually the ultimate summerish combination. You could however match it with black, beige, darker shades of blue, denim, baby pink, grey, silver, gold, black & white for colour block, etc.
I have created an outfit entirely focused on baby blue and white for a fresh look. I am wearing a white Rinascimento shirt with cold shoulders that ties on the waist (another hot trend for this season are all kinds of shirts, especially those with cold shoulders). I am wearing a baby blue Silvian Heach trousers and I’m holding one of the most beautiful handbags I have met this Spring; this MC Designs handmade crochet handbag in baby blue with handmade crystal pins on it. It is stunning right? I completed my outift with a pair of black barely there sandals as I did not want to draw any attention to the shoes.
A simple, yet easy to wear look. Remember that white shirts are so easy to wear, therefore one is never enough and there is no such thing as too many white shirts!!! Make sure you build up a space in your wardrobe especially for white shirts, and each season add a different one; plain, with ruffles, drapes, off the shoulders, sleeveless, satin, cotton, lace, white denim, oversized, short, and the list goes on.
Have you adopted the baby blue trend yet? If yes, what have you decided to buy in this colour? Give me some insights, I really want to know!
